Since moving from the Midwest to Silicon Valley in 2012, Chloe has developed a strong connection to the local community and a deep understanding of the South Bay real estate market. Having relocated across the country herself, she specializes in helping out-of-state buyers make a smooth transition to Silicon Valley. Through virtual home tours, remote consultations, and neighborhood insights, Chloe provides relocation clients with the support they need to find the right home in the right community, whether it’s a condo in Mountain View, a single-family home in Sunnyvale, or a quiet retreat in Saratoga.

 

Before stepping into real estate sales, Chloe spent several years in her ongoing role as Connect California Homes’ Marketing Manager, working behind the scenes and learning exactly what makes a home stand out in competitive markets like Silicon Valley. From professional staging, photography, social media and digital marketing, Chloe understands how buyers shop today, and leverages that knowledge to attract motivated buyers and maximize seller results.

 

Outside of real estate, Chloe loves hiking local trails in the Santa Cruz Mountains, trying out new South Bay restaurants as a true foodie, hitting up a concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, or spending an evening in San Pedro Square in Downtown San Jose. She’s also proud to be part of a real estate team that gives back through donation drives, community events, and sustainability efforts throughout Bay Area.
