Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
Payment for services happens when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Connect CA Homes, or 12 months pass from your concierge start date.

You will receive a detailed, fixed bid proposal from us so you will know exactly what’s included in the project and at what price. All of the work is paid for directly and then we arrange for interest-free reimbursement from the proceeds of your sale.
