Client Love from Jessica H. 💙 "Back in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, we were in a very scary situation (had to leave our rental and were trying to purchase a house for the first time with a very small deposit in a seller’s market). Katie gave us confidence and strength to pursue our dream. When we first met her, she exuded confidence and we could tell how knowledgeable she was regarding the Tri-Valley real estate market. There were times when we were discouraged and scared but she helped us through the whole process, being our cheerleader and giving us all the support we needed. Once we found the right house she negotiated quickly and skillfully and was able to get us into our home. We won’t hesitate for a second to hire Katie again when the time comes to sell our home!" Thank you, Jessica, for the kind words! Helping clients like you achieve homeownership, especially during such a challenging time, is what makes this job so rewarding. It was an absolute privilege working with you and your trust in us means the world! #Grateful #ClientLove #Testimonial #RealEstate #PleasantonRealtor #TriValleyRealtor #ConnectCaliforniaHomes #PleasantonMeadows

Here’s a recap of the real estate market trends for November and December 2024 in Pleasanton, San Ramon, Alamo, Livermore, and Danville! 🏡📈 #realestatemarket #eastbay #realestateinsights 🔼 Price Changes: Pleasanton: -5.3% 📉 Livermore: +5.4% 📈 Alamo: -4.0% 📉 Danville: -10.2% 📉 San Ramon: -12.5% 📉 📅 Days on Market (DOM): Majority of these observed cities saw an increase in days on market in December. We're seeing homes generally taking longer to sell. 🏠 Homes Sold: In December, Pleasanton saw a notable decrease in homes sold, dropping by around 30%. Livermore, however, had a positive uptick in sales, with more homes sold than in November. On the other hand, Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon all experienced fewer homes sold in December compared to the previous month, with San Ramon seeing the most significant decline at 63.6%. This decline in sales is typical for the month of December, as we often see a seasonal slowdown. 📉 Inventory Trends: December saw a decline in inventory across all cities. This trend aligns with typical seasonal slowdowns. 🔑 Key Takeaway: As expected for the season, inventory dropped and days on market increased across most cities. It's a typical winter slowdown, with fluctuations expected to continue. 🏡 #RealEstate #BayAreaMarket #HousingTrends #HomeSales #MarketUpdate #RealEstateInsights #MonthlyMarketUpdates #TriValleyRealtor #EastBay #ConnectCAHomes *December 2024's data is accurate as of January 8th, 2025, and is compared to November 2024 trends*
As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with gratitude for the amazing year we’ve shared with our community. This year was of building lasting relationships, making a meaningful impact, and helping families through some of life’s most important transitions. 🏠 Serving Families: We had the privilege of supporting local families through some of their most important financial and emotional decisions—making a move. Being a part of their journey as they move toward a new chapter has been an absolute honor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to serve them. 🤝 Giving Back: This year, we focused on giving back to the community that supports us. From our Drive-Up Shred Events promoting sustainability, to our Warm Coat Drive for families in need, to raising awareness and donations for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in partnership with Culinary Angels, we’re proud of the difference we’ve made together. 📚 Learning Together:Throughout the year, we hosted multiple FREE Home Seller’s Seminars for our community, equipping homeowners with the tools and information they need to navigate their next move. We also had the privilege of attending SidexSide, where we learned from top industry leaders and exchanged ideas with agents and professionals from across the country. 💙 Connection: Above all, 2024 was a year of connection. Whether through events like Love Like a Mother, our Summer Sendoff, or a family movie night, we came together to support, uplift, and celebrate each other. These moments reminded us that real estate is about people, relationships, and creating a sense of togetherness that lasts. To all the community members, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and our incredible friends, family, and clients—thank you for making this year so special. Your support, generosity, and kindness continue to inspire us, and we’re so excited for what 2025 brings! 💫 #ConnectCAHomes #2024YearInReview #Grateful #Community #RealEstate #GivingBack #Connection #TriValleyRealEstate #TriValleyRealtor
