Alamo: +19.92% 📈

Alamo saw a jump in market time (+12 days), while other Tri-Valley cities held steady.
🏠 Homes Sold:
Sales jumped across the board, especially in San Ramon (+280%) and Danville (+53%). Livermore led in volume with 69 homes sold, while Alamo’s numbers more than doubled.
📉 Inventory Trends:
Inventory continues to rise in every city. Pleasanton and Livermore added the most new homes in March, with +20 and +15, respectively. This increase offers more choices for buyers but also means more competition for sellers, accurate pricing remains key!

🔼 Price Changes:
Pleasanton: +17.2% 📈
Livermore: +4.34% 📈
San Ramon: +40.6% 📈
Danville: +5.59% 📈
Alamo: +19.92% 📈
📅 Days on Market (DOM):
Alamo saw a jump in market time (+12 days), while other Tri-Valley cities held steady.
🏠 Homes Sold:
Sales jumped across the board, especially in San Ramon (+280%) and Danville (+53%). Livermore led in volume with 69 homes sold, while Alamo’s numbers more than doubled.
📉 Inventory Trends:
Inventory continues to rise in every city. Pleasanton and Livermore added the most new homes in March, with +20 and +15, respectively. This increase offers more choices for buyers but also means more competition for sellers, accurate pricing remains key!
