Connect with Our Team
After launching Connect California Homes at the end of March 2022, Katie Moe and her team have outpaced the market, guided clients in finding their dream homes, and promoted giving back to the community.
Today, they’re sharing their year in review as a new agency in the East Bay area.
The team is thrilled to announce they have collectively sold over $60.5 million in sales volume in the East Bay real estate market over the past year.
Over the last eight months, Connect California Homes has expanded our team by 50% and added a full-time marketing manager. They are motivated towards growing their team throughout 2023. If you know anyone who would be a great fit for Team Connect, please reach out to Katie Moe.
The group held its first annual shredding event on May 7. The entire neighborhood was invited to "drive up and shred." It was a wonderful way to start the spring cleaning season, give back to the neighborhood, and make new friends. The team loved hosting the event and is already looking forward to next year!
In addition, this year, Connect California Homes launched their community campaign, Connect to a Cause. Each quarter, the team will highlight and support community nonprofits and raise funds/donations for a cause in need.
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Connect California Homes team went pink for October as their first ever Connect to a Cause. They partnered with Culinary Angels, a local nonprofit organization based in Pleasanton, that provides local, organic, nutrient-rich meals and nutrition education to those going through a cancer challenge as well as to their caregivers.
Throughout October, the team prepared for their fundraising event, Xtreme Music Bingo, which was held on October 27th, 2022 at BottleTaps in Pleasanton. This evening, 15% of BottleTaps' earnings were promised as a donation to Culinary Angels. Additionally, they had a raffle prize with tickets to Livermore Wine Trolley, wine bottles, and a gift card to BottleTaps, in which ticket purchases were donated as well. In total, over $1000 was raised to benefit Culinary Angels. They are so proud of the success of their first Connect to a Cause and are so excited for many more Connect to a Cause campaigns in 2023.
Lastly, on November 6th, the team coordinated their Annual Warm Coat Drive in partnership with Hively, a local nonprofit in Pleasanton, and Porky’s Pizza Palace, they encouraged Pleasanton residents to donate clean and warm coats in exchange for a free pizza from Porky’s. Together, they collected over 300 warm coats for those in need! They would like to thank everyone who donated for their generosity and making a direct impact in the community.
This successful year would not be possible without this hardworking team, their loyal clients, and this supportive community. The entire team is grateful for the opportunity to serve the East Bay Area.
Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends.
