Connect CA Homes – 6 Month Progress Report

After launching Connect California Homes earlier this year, Katie Moe and her team have taken the local market by storm.

Not only have they launched a premier real estate agency in a competitive California market, but they have also expanded their team, hosted their first community event, were featured in a luxury magazine, and sold a TON of real estate.

Today, they’re sharing their six month progress report as a new agency in the East Bay area.

6 Month Report – Sales Volume

The team is thrilled to announce that collectively they have sold over $40 million in sales volume in the East Bay real estate market over the past six months.

When asked about her team’s success, Katie Moe celebrated, saying, “When I first dreamt of Connect California Homes, I envisioned the collective strength of a team. For me, this is what it’s all about. I want everyone on the team to feel empowered and successful. I’m happy to see that my dream is coming true. All of our agents have put numbers on the board, and all of our agents are experiencing a great six months.”

6 Month Report – Team Updates

In addition to their impressive numbers, the team is growing as well! In April, Moe welcomed newcomer, AJ Gomez, to the team. As the agency continues to expand, Moe hopes each agent feels inspired to grow within the team and embodies the company’s guiding principles of authenticity, humility, and advocacy.

“I love my career and feel so lucky to have been able to grow and learn these past 17 years. However, I also know that I had very incredible mentors early on that told it to me straight and helped me carve out my purpose as a Realtor® and business owner. I will always pay it forward… I met AJ for coffee and pretty much knew instantly that his passion for service and helping people combined with his work ethic was unmatched. He met the rest of the Connect Family, and here we are today!”

6 Month Report – Community Updates

On May 7th, the team hosted their first annual shredding event. They invited the entire community to “drive up and shred.” It was a great way to kick off the spring cleaning season, give back to the community, and connect. The team had a blast hosting the event and can’t wait for next year!
