Heart Health Awareness

Heart Health Awareness Month

Supporting Wellness. Spreading Awareness. Saving Lives.

Why We Do It

At Connect California Homes, we believe community care starts with personal health. Every February, we recognize Heart Health Awareness Month to shine a light on heart disease, America’s leading cause of death, and encourage healthy habits that support long, vibrant lives.

Our annual campaign promotes awareness through education, personal stories, and actionable ways to give back. One of the most impactful? Donating blood through the American Red Cross. Blood donations not only support heart surgery patients but also help people with traumatic injuries, chronic illnesses, and cancer. Every donation can save up to three lives—and it only takes about an hour.

Join us in making a difference by prioritizing your health and helping others in need.

Heart Health Month Highlights

In 2023, we proudly launched our Sleeves Up Campaign in partnership with the American Red Cross, encouraging our community to donate blood throughout February.

In addition to supporting local blood drives, our team took time to reflect and share what heart health means to us, both personally and professionally. Keep an eye on our blog and Instagram @connectcahomes for stories, tips, and wellness inspiration during the month of February!
