Livermore
Livermore, California, is ready to host one of the most anticipated food and wine events of the year. TASTE: The Livermore Valley Wine Experience 2025 runs from Thursday, October 16th through Sunday, October 19th, offering four full days of culinary delights, exceptional wines, and unique experiences in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country. This event has become a signature celebration for locals and visitors alike, combining the region’s renowned wineries with top-tier chefs and immersive activities. Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or just beginning your Livermore wine journey, TASTE promises an unforgettable weekend.
The celebration kicks off at Wente Family Vineyards with “Taste Our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s signature food and wine pairing competition. Twenty teams—each pairing a Livermore winery with a local restaurant—compete to craft the perfect bite.
Judges include Keith Beavers, Tastings Director of VinePair; Chef Emily Lim, James Beard nominee; and Clive Pursehouse, US Editor for Decanter Magazine. Attendees also have the chance to vote for the People’s Choice Awards for Best Red and Best White Pairing.
Guests can enjoy all competition pairings, sip award-winning wines, and indulge in an exquisite dessert spread while mingling with winemakers and chefs.
